& you Employee experiences and job openings
After stints at several other large IT firms, at Insyco I found what was missing at the other companies: a smaller, people-focused company with very accessible managers always ready to lend a listening ear. I had the chance to work with Insyco employees and managers before joining the company, and I appreciated their skills and mindset. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to join them when the opportunity arose. The atmosphere is excellent, and even when our assignments take us away from each other, we always stay in touch and get together often.
I’m a BI architect assigned to Etrali, a longstanding Insyco client. I had noted how proactive and professional Insyco was during the application process, and now I really appreciate having a relationship of trust that is both challenging and relaxed.
After the first five years of my career at a large software engineering firm, I felt more drawn to a smaller, humanely-sized company on the particular condition that it worked for large groups. In 2010 I was able to join Insyco, won over by its values of communication, trust and – no point denying it – its excellent atmosphere. Since my arrival, I’ve been able to keep progressing in my role as a functional consultant for Oracle EBS, working at Thales, France Télévisions and currently Essilor. On these assignments I particularly appreciated the teamwork between consultants and the transparency between my client, Insyco and myself. In addition to this duty, very recently I have started to get involved in Insyco HR processes. It’s an area I find very interesting because of the soft skills involved, which for me are just as important as hard skills in a consultant. I appreciate being able to get directly involved in the company in an area that interests me, simply from expressing a desire at one of the regular discussions between consultants and the directors.
