What’s your job at Insyco?

I’m a technical consultant for Oracle Application, specialising in ERP e-Business Suite development. My assignment is to satisfy the more or less complex demands of clients by striving to find the most suitable solutions for their specific requirements, or if necessary, suggesting alternatives that still address their preferences. I also support and advise clients so they can make fullest use of the tool’s functionalities.

What do you like most about your assignments?

The discussions and sharing. The complexity of ERP solutions means it is crucial to work very interactively. In other words, you can’t only bring your knowledge to the table. You also have to keep learning from others. That’s really enriching from both a professional and personal standpoint.

What do you like most about Insyco?

As “travelling consultants” we change site and colleagues at the end of each assignment. Yet even though I change setting often – which can be really exciting from a professional standpoint – the Insyco team is always there for me. I never feel left to my own devices, whether that is in the assignment itself or during training, monthly meetings or the informal discussions we consultants have amongst ourselves. The atmosphere is brilliant. We are close to the management team; that can only encourage us to reach higher!
