Ludovic Desgardin, François Duchêne and Kiem Tran co-founded Paris-based IT consulting firm Insyco in 2007. Nurturing a corporate culture based on essential values like teamwork, honesty, trust, friendliness and professionalism, the co-founders are able to develop a business network that is continually consolidated by our satisfied clients. We support our consultants’ professional development plans, and are eager to build partnerships and diversify Insyco’s offer in various fields such as ERP, BI, CRM and software publishing. All three co-founders continue to work as senior consultants and executives at the company today.
Ludovic Desgardin
Ludovic Desgardin is a software engineer who studied at the elite Ecole des Mines de Douai. Since 1998 he has worked in management IT. After starting out in logistics and inventory management at Valéo, he joined Logica Group (Unilog) in 2000 as an ERP Oracle e-Business Suite consultant. He mainly worked on migration and integration projects for key accounts in logistics and retail management. The projects kept coming in: Bull; Altadis; Essilor from 2001 to 2004; and then Honeywell for two more years.
Parallel to his IT activities, in 1996 he founded Kore, a non-profit organisation that helps deliver food supplies to French soup kitchens and supported NGO Solidarité in sending humanitarian convoys to schools and children’s homes in Timisoara, Romania in 1998. Currently, on a personal level, he continues to support APEPAC, a French non-profit for environmental protection and the promotion of arts and culture, of which he has been a member for the past 15 years.

François Duchêne
François Duchêne graduated from ENSIIE, a prestigious French faculty of computer science and engineering, in 1998 before starting his career in management IT at Oracle in England. After helping develop the Oracle e-Business Suite ERP, he became an independent consultant, working on several international projects for such prestigious groups as France Télécom, Accor, Accenture and Capgemini.
A specialist in ERP deployment and integration problems, his vast technical background and diversified functional experience ensures the success of his missions, particularly in the insurance industry (Czech Republic), service industry (Scandinavia) and heavy industry (France).

Kiem Tran
After getting his M.Sc., Kiem Tran joined one of the largest IT services companies in 2000 as a consultant, with the clearly defined goal of developing his customer relationship skills and improving his technical and functional skills through the various missions entrusted to him. A specialist in the integration of several Oracle e-Business Suite software modules, he successfully contributes to ERP and CRM integration and deployment projects of several internationally renowned clients in various capacities from technical/functional consultant and technical project manager to offshore team manager and coordinator.
