Challenge

To bring the Oracle E-Business Suite-based core model (benchmark processes and data, accounting, operational and analytical reporting) defined by Capgemini Group to life by deploying it in the new subsidiaries.
• Taking into account the cultural, legal and technical particularities of each new subsidiary
• Enhancing the core model when local particularities could interest the entire Group
• Keeping the model consistent
• Integrating the new system alongside other local applications (e.g. cash management, paperless supplier invoice processing)
• Providing a complete, operational solution within short lead-times to the local and Group financial departments

The Insyco solution
